2009 Daily Schedule & Registration

A complete detailed schedule will be in your participant packet you receive on Saturday morning.

Friday: Campers may arrive after 4 p.m.

Camping Registration Form (pdf): The Lansing Capital Area Sportsmen League has graciously allowed us to offer rustic camping at this year’s MYHEC event. Rustic Camping does not include electric or showers. Please adhere to the camping regulations that are listed on the back of the form.

Fill out both sides of the camping registration form completely. Fee: $10 per team/weekend, plus $1 per additional person.

Saturday:

• 8 a.m.          Event Registration at club house
• ≈8:45 a.m.    Hunter Safety Exam & Coaches Meeting  
• 11-2 p.m.     Lunch available in club house
• 6 p.m.          All Events Close (events will be given more time as needed)
• 7:30 p.m.      Evening Activity for participants, weather permiting    

Sunday:       

• 9 a.m.        MANDITORY Re-register at club house, NEW for 2009
• 1 p.m.        All Events Close

• ≈4 p.m.      Award Presentation (May start earlier if tallies are complete.)
